Ordering
We ship to the continental United States only. We're unable to deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. territories.
Unfortunately, orders cannot be edited after they are placed. If you need to make a change, your best option is to cancel the order (before it ships) and place a new one.
You can request a cancellation by emailing support@accelpay.io before the order ships. A cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation — once an order enters fulfillment, we may not be able to stop it.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders containing alcohol are fulfilled by licensed third-party retailers in the AccelPay network. Retailers use a variety of fulfillment carriers including GLS and UPS.
Orders are typically fulfilled within 3–5 business days. Standard delivery takes an additional 3–8 business days depending on your location.
Yes. All orders containing alcohol require an adult signature (21+) and a valid ID check at the time of delivery. Someone of legal drinking age must be present to receive the package.
They will be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.
Our carriers will make up to three delivery attempts. If no one is available to sign after three attempts, the package will be returned to the retailer and marked as undeliverable. Additional fees will apply — see "Undeliverable Packages" below.
Returns & Refunds
Orders containing alcohol cannot be returned or exchanged. If you received the wrong item, email support@accelpay.io and we'll make it right.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you received a damaged or incorrect shipment, email support@accelpay.io with a photo and our team will review it.
Email support@accelpay.io with a photo of the damage. We'll coordinate a reshipment within 3 business days.
If the package cannot be delivered after three attempts, the following fees apply:
- Refund requested: A $25 Undeliverable Package Fee will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Reshipment requested: A flat fee of $40 will be charged to cover the reshipment and undeliverable package fee.
- Additional fees may apply depending on order contents.
General
Yes. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcohol. A valid ID will be checked at the time of delivery.
AccelPay operates a network of licensed retailers who fulfill and ship alcohol orders on our behalf. When you purchase alcohol from our store, your transaction is facilitated through AccelPay's retailer network. You can view their terms at accelpay.io/company/legal.
